Cancel order
You can cancel the order before the order is shipped; After that, we can’t cancel the order for you.
Returns
Within 10 days upon delivery, if you are not satisfied, you can return for refund or ask for an exchange. If it is our quality problem, we will take care of the returning shipping fee. Be sure to send us pictures of defect or damage via email. Otherwise, you are responsible for the returning shipping fee.
Please be aware that the returned products must be in their original status. If there is a discrepancy between the order we shipped and the actual returned products, your return/exchange may not be accepted and processed. Please always contact us before you shipping them back to us.
When order is returned and received by us, we will check the item conditions and status within 1-3 business days. If no problem, your refund will be issued immediately or your exchange will be shipped to you ASAP.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Wholesale Orders (if applicable)
Wholesale orders are not eligible for return for refund or exchange. For bulk orders, we always send samples of products for approval in advance. All orders are final. You are subjected to accept the reality that a small portion of bulk orders might have some slight defects due to normal manufacturing and QC process. We always thrive to make sure every order comes with zero issues. But you need to understand, nothing is perfect.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at: [email protected] for relevant returning address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
